My time at Tivoli Brewing Company has come to a close.
It’s unfortunate that my end at the brewery is due to the COVID19 pandemic. Without the ability to generate income from the taproom, the brewery became reliant on an income stream devastated by the aluminum can shortage that is hitting the entire nation.
I will miss all of the people I worked with, shared beer with, brewed beer with, and talked beer with. It’s a bittersweet end to my time there, and I put a lot of myself into the brewery – from my time consulting, to taking over QC management, and finally as the director of the brewery. I don’t know what is in stock for me now that this chapter of my life is complete, but I hope to stay in the industry, if not in Colorado. I pray that both are possible.
